Recruitment complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about DE&S recruitment (or you believe that appointments have not been made on merit after fair and open competition in line with the published Recruitment Principles), you can raise a complaint with DE&S in the first instance by emailing dbs-complaints@mod.gov.uk or alternatively by writing to DBS here:
