Are you passionate about developing future talent and shaping the next generation of skilled technicians? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Learning & Development team at DE&S Deca. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Technical Apprenticeship Programme provides an engaging and supportive experience for our apprentices while delivering the essential skills required by the business.

As the Technical Training Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all technical training, whether delivered internally or externally, meets defined standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, not only within our organisation but also in the lives of our apprentices. At DE&S Deca, we are committed to developing new talent and fostering the growth of our next generation of technicians.
