Working arm-in-arm with Project Controls specialists, our teams deliver fast-paced, cutting-edge projects – from the newest armoured vehicles to ground-breaking future aviation technologies – while ensuring critical core programmes keep moving forward, too.

The key aspects of this job are interaction with multi-national organisations, RAF personnel, industry and the wider delivery team, helping to drive project management best practice whilst working collaboratively to deliver services to the front-line Command customer, via an integrated and coordinated cross-functional effort

With a proactive and continuous improvement mind set, you will encourage a culture of imaginative thinking, learning from experience and challenging the status quo to continually drive for improved quality. You’ll play a key role within a diverse team and will actively contribute to an environment in which everyone is collaboratively working, communicating clearly and delivering to a clear plan of action.

Brize Norton is the UK’s largest RAF station and offers a truly impressive work location of an airfield environment. You’ll have the chance to work alongside the aircraft you are supporting day to day and understand the real-world impact your role makes to our RAF front line.
