Business Process and Assurance
Business Process and Assurance (BP&A) is responsible for ensuring that good practices, opportunities for improvement and non-conformity reports are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
They ensure that effective governance is in place to promote best practice at DE&S. It also looks after continuous improvement and process compliance. They mitigate business risks through a programme of independent assurance of DE&S ways of working (process) and the outputs that are produced (product).
We do all this to ensure DE&S achieves international benchmark standards for organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
BP&A plays a central role in our ability to deliver outstanding equipment and support to our customers.
